Good to be back!
It's been a long time since I last visited. Surgery in the fall stopped my running fun for a bit. Seemed like forever! I never thought I would look forward to putting miles under my feet but now I know that this is important to both my physical & mental well-being. I was able to start back on the treadmill January 1. Since then I have put in a few miles. Trying to work up to more miles on some ventures and better speed on other nights. I can't seem to get past the 20 minute mile. I will, though, in time. Just over 70 days left until the 1/2 marathon. Better start training with a plan. Peace & love.
